Haselbech History

Tessa and David will be happy to tell you about some of Haselbech's interesting history. Haselbech was visited several times by the Empress of Austria who used to hunt here. Her escort was Captain Bay Middleton, Tessa's great grandfather and a fine horseman. Captain Middleton is buried in Haselbech's churchyard.
